MS Works 2000 Database File

Sunday 10th of March 2002 was a very windy day. This database shows the Met Offices weather observations for that day.

Download the MS Works 2000 database file and save it into your home drive then open it and do the following.

• Use filters to analyse  Wind Speed and Wind Gust speed and find the windiest weather stations in the Midlands  Region.   Consider Wind Gusts greater or equal to 45 mph and Wind Speed greater or equal to 25 mph.
• Produce a report based on this filter.
• Produce a report that shows the minimum, maximum and average wind speed for the South West Region.  First do a filter to select the the South West Region then base your report on this filter.
• In MS Works Word write a weather report for each local area the Midland Region.  Use the text below.  Merge a database file filter into this document.
